Most Residential window cleaning routes are serviced every 3, 4, 6, or 12 months. Commercial window cleaning jobs are serviced monthly or quarterly. You're never locked into a contract. Simply enjoy service agreements with prices based on the job and frequency. You decide how often you'd like us to clean your windows.
We define basic window cleaning as a general cleaning of the glass, sill, and perimeter of the window. Vary rarely do window conditions require more than a general cleaning. With our general cleaning we do light paint removal and we remove sap, bird & insect debris, spiderwebs, stickers, etc.
Extensive paint removal, sticker removal, or any other extensive removals may be considered additional and will be priced as such. These additional services are not included in our basic services due to the significant lengthening of the workload. Besides time and energy, use of additional chemicals and tools for extensive cleaning and removal purposes are also significant factors.
The accompanying charges for these additional services are applied only if you desire these services. The amount of these charges varies with each situation. We strive to be aware of such circumstances before we offer a quote for our basic service. Although rare, if we do start the job and then become aware of the presence of these unusual conditions, we will make you aware of them immediately so as to give you the opportunity to decide whether you would like them to be taken care of or not. We will not charge you more than the "basic services" quote without your permission.

HOW OFTEN DO MY WINDOWS NEED CLEANING?
We recommend at the very least once per year. Many of our customers get it done twice per year. By having Clean A Pane wash your windows on a regular basis, we can remove bugs, pollen, dirt, give your home a nice year-round luster, and protect against hard water stains. If your glass is not cleaned regularly, severe hard water stains can occur over time. This is due to minerals like calcium and iron from water getting in the pores of the glass. Once this happens, no amount of scrubbing, scraping, etc. will remove it.

Our products are environment friendly, home-safe and biodegradable. We do not use any ammonia or alcohol-based solutions that could affect flooring or home fabrics.

If there is something blocking windows in garage or if you have valuable items such as, antiques or collectables that you would feel better about moving yourself, you could move those, but other than that, we will move anything else that needs moving. When we leave, everything will be put back where we found it. You won't even know we've been there, except now you have clean glass.

Residential
We want to make your experience when we visit as hassle and stress free as possible. Please feel free to remove any items from or near the windows that you would rather handle or that you are concerned may be damaged. Either way, we are willing to move what is necessary to clean your windows safely and effectively. If there is an excessive amount of furniture and item moving that we must do we may need to add a charge for this.
We will protect floors and furniture nearby the work space with sheets and/or large towels.
We will take all precautions to be neat and clean as we work and travel through your home.
Please feel free to ask questions during the course of the visit and by all means point out if we missed something or left a mark or streak on a window.
We generally work from top floor to bottom, but please let us know if you would like us to clean in a specific area first to free you up for what you need to do.
If you are aware of plastic tint being present on the inside of any of your windows, please let us know and we will use a cleaning method that will not damage the tint.
Unless you specifically mention that you would like us to clean any plastic or plexiglas panels we will not do so.
If we are to clean the outsides of your windows and you will not be home at the time, please remember to either remove or loosen a corner of any screens that may be on the outer side of the window.
We often find items, sometimes glass or crystal, hanging on windows with suction cups. Because we can't guarantee the ability of the suction cups to work after putting them back up, we would prefer to leave them down.
